As ever Rainer, very salient points.

We live in an age where trillion dollar companies exist.  Billion dollar companies are two to the dozen now.  They monopolise their industries, smaller entities with great tech are bought out for peanuts.  They don't get to produce what we believe to be the holy grail of photonic integration.  

It simply just doesn't compute with the vast majority of investor that a small company with little to no budget can out manoeuvre the big boys, as poet has to do, to be successful.  The evidence has to be very compelling before they will.  And we're not there yet I don't believe.
