Re the potential NA Tier1. On page 10 Cisco is identified as the end user for Wavelight. They are both the customer and end user in this case. In the table a general footnote is applied to all end users which states that end user info is based on POETs analysis of customers' likely targets. 

The next page identifies Cisco and Intel as having achieved partial integration in a conventional platform.
