(CC10) Celestial AI Photonic Fabric based 14.4Tbps Optical Chiplets for AI XPU Connectivity

With the Starlight Octal being second generation for Photonic Fabric (112 Gb/sec SerDes and a doubling of lanes from four to eight, effectively quadrupling the bandwidth to 7.2 Tb/sec per mm2) of the Strarlight Quad.

14.4 Tbps should be a 200G lane version to accomplish the next bandwidth double.
