I agree with your supposition Timotao.  I'm thinking the same way you and Babariley are thinking.  POET has already raised enough money to continue operations (a concern that tanked the stock), but they're now raising more at a time when they have plenty.

Management and the Board avoid dilution.  There is a reason that they've stocked the coffers. Something is going on - agreed.

I dont know about you, but I think this whole thing is exciting.  Not to mention potentially enriching.
