That's exactly it unless they have exclusive rights to poet why would they ever want anybody knowing what is very important to them so they can keep their competitive advantage. They don't want anybody copying what they are doing or making it difficult to acquire what they need.. imagine a competitor bought out poet... there is no advantage for anybody to disclose their internal workings.
