While I have always had a positive attitude towards the technologies (plural) and the business case of POET Technologies, my confidence in statements made by the management has been seriously undermined as a result of the capital raise disaster in November.

I therefore take the statements in this news release regarding future revenue for what they are: words, and words without figures. Actions must follow, and as long as this does not happen, my euphoria will remain grounded.

I’m not saying that such actions won’t follow, in fact I very much hope that they will follow very soon, but I want to see them first before I burst into enthusiasm. Many investors obviously feel the same way, otherwise the share price wouldn’t be where it is.

Mr. Market, please prove me wrong!
