The message here should be that the development of the foundational Optical Interposer technology is complete and the mission of the Allentown operation has been successfully accomplished. Demand for  POETks technology for AI applications is exceptionally strong and requires concentrating our development and commercialization efforts closest to the leading edge AI hardware hub in Southeast Asia. 

Maybe sophisticated investors will eventually read between the lines and understand that this is a positive development. They shouldn't have to.
