B & C, I can't imagine even a sniff of antitrust issues with a Poet - CAI merger. I'd be in favor of such a merger, though, if I thought Poet would get good value in the merged entity for its business.  

I think DL is a proven innovator AND great promoter. We have a great innovator in Suresh, but could use the promotion. 

This morning's NR cut both ways. I think it reduced the speculation on a North American plus 1, but it reassured the coming of revenue and "guided" to big time, not too distant growth. As usual, the early giddiness and euphoria was met with the usual market slap in the face.
