Good job describing the tech and relationships. Way too long on financial metrics. Cut that to like just about every other spec startup, the financial metrics are not pretty and give rise to caution.

Then give the target - $9.20. But he doesn't indicate when it should reach that price. If he means it should be worth that now, then say it. 

I guess they have a template and must populate all fields!
