There is no way this deal was struck this week. Therefore, we have an institutional investor that wanted to buy 4 million shares and agreed on a price of $3.75. That would've been done when we didn't have large volumes this week and when the price was below $3.75.
How would the company have any way of knowing the crazy volume that we were going to see this week?
Let's just focus on the fact that someone wanted in and was willing to pay a premium to do so.
