I think you're missing the point; POET needs cash to develop the products the industry needs to go all in on optics....and that is POET's goal.

No one likes dilution, although this discussion of the TAM increasing, thereby decreasing our dilution is a little off base since one is not related to the other in any meaningful way. It may effectively affect our valuation (increasing TAM), but those shares will all still be out there.

Regardless of whether we like the way the company is managing it's financial affairs, it will continue to do so as it sees fit....we can argue over it at the next AGM that is held in person, if that ever happens again.

Nice to see things heading in the right direction again today...
