The start of an Era

Back in the 1940’s computers were not as they are now. Nobody back then could even imagine that this new invention will change the world forever.

Even the chairman of IBM stated in 1943: "I think there is a world market for maybe five computers”. Well, he proved wrong. Very Wrong. Currently all over the globe there are more than 2.8 billion personal computers (including the smartphones, tablet and laptops).

Imagine a computer made from cables and vacuum tubes (a variation of light bulbs). 18 000 to be exact. This is the number of vacuum tubes used to construct the very first fully electronic computer ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator And Computer).

Several years we questioned whether Suresh's new invention would even fly.  Nobody back then could even imagine that this new invention will change the world forever.
