Absolutely!

The real basic question is, who in the H E double hockey sticks owns 25% of the company and is deemed an insider but does not have to report. 

Maybe in time we will find out, but the timing of this very basic report except for the change of insider ownership is odd. 

Either way I believe it is a good thing, assuming the owner(s) of these shares are supportive of the company's goals.
