If you are denied your job and access to society if you dont' get the jab, then you are being forced.  The truckers (some independent businesses) could quarantine, instead, at the border, etc, which is essentially denying them a chance to make money at their job.  You cannot make life impossible for someone if they won't do what you want and then pretend you are giving them a 'choice'.  That is a new level of sophistry.
