Of course, you are well acquainted with the Chinese desire to become the World Reserve Currency, but for those who are not I have a couple of links below for information about that desire and, more importantly, studious opinion as to why that as far as that particular Goal of China and the CCP goes they will either be unsuccessful OR, at the worst for the U.S., the goal of becoming the World Reserve Currency will be unobtainable in the near future.

Certainly, at least in my opinion if not fact, anything that would shut down or vastly impede the exporting of Chinese Tech would have an adverse effect on the CCP goal to become the World Currency Reserve.  That doesn't mean that the CCP could not place major limitations at any time on any JV business in China that is in partnership with a company from the West, but doing so would sure punch a hole in the balloon labeld "China becomes the World Reserve Currency" in the sense of replacing the USD.  Probably not going to happen for a long, long time.  On the other hand:  "never say Never!".

Musings on a slow day doing "Honey Do" stuff.  More importantly:  WOW! Over 12 % increase in Share Price today at a 54 cent uptick USD on the NASDAQ!!  Volume was over 2X Average Daily Volume.  I am not going to look that horse in the mouth.  WOW!!  More days like this and I might actually be able to sleep without worrying so much about my long, long, longtime POET investment.  Congrats to all POET investors today.  May the Force and the "Light" be with you... and me.  Also great news about the new patent.  As Clint Eastwood famously said, many times:  "Make My Day!"  POET, just announce the new POET manufacturing center in Ontario, Canada and my sleep problems are over with.  Make My Day, please!      JMO
