Christopher Crupi

CA - Director/President

Mr. Crupi is a Chartered Accountant who specializes in a host of financial advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and business valuations. His transaction experience spans several industries, including mining, software, sports and entertainment and manufacturing. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Crupi has participated in deals totaling more than $1 billion, including the sale of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club and the sale of a division of the Canadian Red Cross to establish Canadian Blood Services.

Charles W. Reed

Director, Manager of Exploration, Mexico

Mr. Reed has significant mining experience in Mexico. From 1998 to 2004, he was Chief Geologist - Mexico for Minera Hecla S. A. de C. V., a subsidiary of Hecla Mining (NYSE:HL). From 1993 to 1998, he was Regional Geologist, Mexico and Central America for Echo Bay Exploration. While at Hecla, Mr. Reed supervised detailed exploration at the Noche Buena project, Sonora, and the San Sebastian silver and gold mine, Durango. He also discovered and drilled the Don Sergio vein that was later put into production. While at Echo Bay, Mr. Reed identified the potential of the Dolores mining district, Chihuahua, Mexico and recommended acquisitions that resulted in the discovery of more than 44 million ounces of silver and 2.5 million ounces of gold.

Mr. Reed has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineralogy from the University of Utah and is a Registered Professional Geologist in the state of Utah. He also completed the Intensive Spanish Program at Institute De Lengua Espanola, San Jose, Costa Rica [1969].

Daniel Hachey

B.Sc., MBA - Director

Mr. Hachey has a strong investment banking background with more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets, largely in the areas of public equity financings, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and private placements. Mr. Hachey has also been active in the area of mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions and other advisory work. Currently, Mr. Hachey is President and CEO of Greenwich Global Capital Inc., a public capital pool company listed on the TSX-V. In addition, Mr. Hachey has served on the board of directors with both public (NASDAQ, TSX and TSX-V) and private companies.

Mr. Hachey has held senior investment banking positions with a number of firms in Toronto, New York and Montréal. He also held the title of President and CEO of a public mining company listed on the TSX-V.

Notable financings in which Mr. Hachey has been involved include Glamis Gold (recently purchased by Goldcorp), Canico Resource (recently purchased by CVRD), Research in Motion, JDS Fitel (now JDS Uniphase), Alliance Communications (now Alliance Atlantis), as well as many other companies in various industries including mining, oil & gas, forest products, manufacturing and technology.

Mr. Hachey graduated from McGill University with an MBA degree in Finance. Prior to that, he was enrolled in a Master of Science program at Université de Montréal after earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University.

Michel Yvan Stinglhamber

Director

Mr. Stinglhamber has a long and distinguished career in the Mexican mining industry. He currently represents Umicore Belgium (formerly Union Miniere) in Mexico (www.umicore.com/en/) acting as proxy and Director for Unimet SA de CV. Unimet SA de CV is a company that is wholly owned by Umicore Belgium, a US $5.57 billion public company (ISIN: BE0003626372, Frankfurt: NVJ), active in precious metals products and catalysts, advanced materials and zinc specialties. Mr. Stinghamber is also the Chairman of the Mining Group - Compania Minera Misiones SA de CV.; he is on the Board of Directors of Marina Costa Baja, Mexico; and, is on the Advisory Board of "Sea Watch" and member of Pronatura, both of which are non-governmental organizations focused on conservation issues.

Between 1991 and 2000, Mr. Stinglhamber was on the Board of Directors and also served on the Technical Board of Mexicana de Cananea SA de CV. In 1990, he was instrumental in the Union Miniere team that worked in Mexico for the pre-financing of the acquisition of La Caridad copper mine from Nafinsa for "Mexicana de Cobre" of the Larrea Group, Grupo Mexico. Between 1980 and 1986, he represented Aquaroc International in Mexico, a filial of the Consortium "BURRUS" Switzerland. Mr. Stinglhamber was President of the Belgo Luxemburg Mexican Chamber of Commerce in 1987, and in 2002, was awarded the Belgian decoration of "Officer of the Crown".

John Carden

Ph.D Geology - Director

Dr. Carden has more than 20 years' experience in exploration management, teaching, and research. He has broad experience in managing large exploration programs including tracking costs, managing personnel, negotiating leases and contracts, writing technical reports, delivering verbal presentations, writing permitting and compliance documents for state and federal agencies, and managing remote drilling programs involving camp logistics. He has a proven track record for discovery of ore deposits in the western United States, with a gross metal value of more than $250 million.

From 1998 to 2001, Dr. Carden was President of Latitude Minerals Corporation, where he was instrumental in raising more than US $400,000 in less than two years through a series of public-private placements and joint venture agreements on mineral properties. From 1986 to 1998, while at Echo Bay, he discovered the 600,000 ounce silver Lamefoot deposit, Echo Bay's highest-grade and lowest cost producer, and the Easy Junior - a 250,000 ounce sediment-hosted gold deposit located in White Pine County, Nevada. From 1992 through 1998, Dr. Carden was Director of U.S. Exploration for Echo Bay Mines where he directed the work of two district geologists, eight senior geologists, and a GIS specialist. This group was successful in generating 35 funded projects over a five year period. Most recently, Dr. Carden has consulted on gold projects in Mexico for Minefinders in Chihuahua and Sonora states, and in Zacatecas for Corex Gold Corp. Dr. Carden has a Ph.D. in Geology from the Geophysical Institute, University of Alaska, Fairbanks, Alaska and an M.Sc. degree in Geology from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio. He is a Licensed Geologist in the State of Washington and a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and the Society of Economic Geologists.

Ian Talbot

Director

Mr. Talbot is a lawyer and geologist with over 20 years of experience with both mining and exploration stage companies, including BHP Billiton. He is the Founder, President and CEO of Arcus Development Group Inc., a junior mining exploration company.

Currently serves as a director of Rimfire Minerals Corporation.

Jean Depatie

Senior Advisor to Board

Until the recent acquisition of Glamis Gold by Goldcorp, Mr. Depatie was the longest serving member of the Board of Directors of Glamis Gold. Mr. Depatie has more than 30 years of national and international experience in economic geology. He has worked in more than 30 countries and has consulted for organizations such as: The United Nations, The World Bank, The Commonwealth Secretariat, The Asian Development Bank, Banco Intermericano de Desarollo, The Canadian International Development Agency and Québec's Ministry of Natural Resources. In addition to being on the Board of Directors of Glamis Gold, Mr. Depatie is a Director of Richmont Mines Inc. (TSE & AMEX), and has been a Director of a number of other mining companies listed on both the U.S. and Canadian stock exchanges.

Since 1981, Mr. Depatie has been President and Vice-President of several companies. In 1990, he received an award of excellence from the Québec Department of Energy and Resources. He is also a former President of the Québec Professional Association of Geologist and Geophysicists.

John Simons, Geologist

Senior Advisor to Board

John Simons obtained a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Mackay School of Mines, University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada in 1948. He is also a graduate of courses in mining geology from the University of California, Berkeley, California. He is a Registered Professional Geologist in Wyoming and possesses more than 50 years of experience in mineral exploration, mineral property evaluation, and development.

Currently, Mr. Simons is President of Simons Associates Inc. Mineral Consultants, and is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Wyoming State Geological Survey. He is a partner in a number of private corporations that own developed mining deposits and producing mines in Mexico and the western United States.

Previously, Mr. Simons was Senior Mining Geologist, Union Pacific Corp., Natural Resources Division, Laramie; Mining Geologist for Southern Pacific Land Co. San Francisco, CA; and Mining Engineer, Kennecott Copper Corporation. He conducted mineral exploration and training of geologists in a joint venture of the United Nations and the CNNR of Mexico (Mexican Geological Survey). In 1964, Mr. Simons, together CNNR geochemist Jose Luis Lee, initiated exploratory work at an undeveloped prospect which later became the La Caridad copper-molybdenum deposit; now the largest mining and smelting operation in Mexico, with more than 4,000 employees.

Lawrence Segerstrom

M.Sc. (Geology), MBA - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Segerstrom has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry, including 19 years in exploration and 10 years in management. Born and raised in Latin America, Mr. Segerstrom is bilingual and has spent 10 years in the region, mainly in Mexico and Chile. From 1999 to 2003, he was Manager of the Geologic Services Group for Freeport-McMoRan. In this role, he managed all onsite geologic activities in the world-class Grasberg Mining District in Indonesia, including open pit and underground mine geology and district exploration. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Segerstrom was General Manager of Layne Christensen drilling company's highly successful Mexican subsidiary.

As a geologist for Newmont, Noranda and Phelps Dodge from 1976-1993, Mr. Segerstrom conducted greenfield and brownfield exploration, evaluation and development in diverse geologic settings in western U.S., Mexico and Chile, including epithermal precious metal (low and high sulfidation), mesothermal shear-hosted gold, iron oxide copper-gold, polymetallic replacement, copper porphyry/skarn and porphyry molybdenum.

Mr. Segerstrom has a B.S. (Geology) degree from Colorado State University, an M.S. (Geology) degree from University of Arizona, and an M.B.A. from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management (2005). He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Marc Slauenwhite

Geologist - Senior Project Geologist, South America

Mr. Slauenwhite recently joined the management team as Senior Project Geologist, South America. Previous to joining Paramount, he worked as a Senior Project Geologist with Barrick Gold (NYSE:ABX) and INCO Ltd. (NYSE:N). From 1995 to 2006, he was a Senior Project Geologist for Barrick Gold in Peru, which discovered the Alto Chicama high sulfidation deposit with 10 million ounces of gold and the Pierina high sulfidation deposit with 7.2 m ounces of gold. At Barrick, Mr. Slauenwhite was first in charge of all exploration work in the immediate area of the Pierina deposit, and later for the exploration team responsible for all aspects of Barrick's new exploration programs in South and Central Peru, including project conceptualization, project planning, project budgeting, and execution.

Before joining Barrick Gold, Marc was a Project Geologist for 11 years at INCO, the world's oldest and largest nickel mining company. Marc was in charge of reconnaissance exploration and drill projects exploring for base-metal VMS.
