The PR stated, " The testing of the well has been problematic due to over pressuring ..."

Does "over pressure" indicate a good thing? ie. Pressure from oil/gas at depth? If so, then in reading between the lines, at least we can assume that it isn't a dry hole, even though we don't know the sustainable production rates and don't know what kind of expenses will be required in order to sustain the integrity of the hole.
