Like you wrote here PDP is still some risky stock but it can have some success in the near future.

I have averaged down on this stock and I'm waiting after the results of the testing.

On the markets however you could be right about Europe and North America but I think Europe is the worst .The differance between Europe and The States is that the US is one block behind the Presisdent while Europe has not .The most powerfull countries are FRance and Germany which dictated most of how it shoul be done.It will take many many years until Europe will act like the US on decissions to make.There are to many countries like Spain and Portugal + Greece and perhaps some will follow later which face debt problems.

2010 will be a difficult year I suspect.If we get another downturn it will put a damper on other stocks though the results are good.

After some years now of falling sp PDP could use some luck.There is potention but the test must show it.
