It looks to me like the 3 firms that bought the shares in PDP's last share offering and the over allotment of shares, are still holding many of these shares which they are still trying to sell to the retail and institutional investors. How else can you explain these numbers by Thomspon Reuters? They don't add up. Petrolifera has about 167,000,000 common shares outstanding but the chart shows that 29 Institutionals own 31.96% of the common shares which total the grand sum of 2,204,995. These numbers don't make sense.
