Interesting that they are prepared to take shares in lieu of cash. This means either:

1. There is no cash and PMM are making a desperate attempt to keep afloat

2. There is more value in the company than many people realise and it is a good bet for SIDEX to take on shares at 1.6c and ride out the economic meltdown.
