Paul F. Saxton, President, CEO and Director
Furry Creek, British Columbia, Canada

Mr. Saxton is a mining engineer who has been active in the mining industry since 1969, holding various positions including mine superintendent and senior officer positions with numerous Canadian mining companies. Following 12 years with Cominco, he became Vice President and President of Mascot Gold Mines Ltd., initially working on the design and construction of the Nickel Plate Mine near Hedley, BC. Subsequently, Mr. Saxton became a Vice-President of Corona Corporation where he was responsible for western operations. In 1989, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Viceroy Resource Corporation where he was responsible for helping to obtain financing and the construction and operations of the Castle Mountain Mine in California. In 1994, Mr. Saxton left Viceroy to become President of Loki Gold Corporation and Baja Gold Inc. Mr. Saxton was responsible for arranging over $45 million in mine financing and bringing the Brewery Creek Gold Mine in the Yukon into production. He was instrumental in the 1996 merger of Baja, Loki and Viceroy.

Gerald L. Sneddon, CFO and Director
Boise, Idaho, USA

Mr. Sneddon is a professional engineer with over 40 years experience in the development and operation of gold, silver, copper, iron and phosphate mines in the United States, Canada and throughout the world. He has traveled and worked extensively in China, Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico and Latin and South America. In addition to his extensive operating experience, Mr. Sneddon has supervised several feasibility studies through mine construction and start-ups. During his career he has held senior management positions with the Anaconda Company, Kaiser Steel, Beker Industries and Morrison Knudsen.

Mr. Sneddon has been a senior corporate officer in numerous public companies and was recently an Executive Vice-President of MK Gold and Executive Vice-President of Francisco Gold Corp. He is currently a director of Chesapeake Gold Corp. and Kenai Resources Ltd.

Shan Shan (Susan) Li, Director
Markham, Ontario, Canada

Ms. Li is employed in Hong Kong as the Managing Director of Gold Mountains (H.K.) International Mining Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co., China’s largest gold producer. Prior to advancing to this position in April 2007, she was Zijin’s Manager of Overseas Operations. In recent years, as Zijin has made several worldwide acquisitions of precious metals producers, she has taken on greater responsibilities being appointed in 2006-2007 as directors of Monterrico Metals PLC and Ridge Mining PLC, two London Stock Exchange traded companies as well as Commonwealth & British Minerals (UK) Ltd.

Ms. Li holds a B.Eng. from Xian Architecture University in Xian, China and a MBA from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining Zijin, Ms. Li operated Greenocean Global Inc. in Canada and spent 3 years as an investment advisor with RBC Dominion Securities.

Dr. Lawrence A. Dick, Ph.D., M.Sc., B.Sc., Director
North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Dr. Dick is a professional geologist with more than 35 years experience in geology and mineral exploration. Beginning in 1973, he received an honors degree B.Sc. at the University of British Columbia and subsequently his M.Sc. and Ph.D. at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He is the author and co-author of several publications and papers relating to geological sciences dating back to 1978. He is a past President and Councilor of the Geological Association of Canada, Cordilleran Section as well as a Full and Fellow Member of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Geological Association of Canada respectively.

Beginning in 1979, he held increasingly responsible positions with Chevron Resources Company in the Americas to the level of Senior Staff Geologist where he remained until 1990. During his tenure with Chevron, he led the team that discovered the Golden Bear deposit in northern British Columbia in 1980. In 1982, he led the team that discovered and developed to final feasibility stage, the Can Can gold-silver deposit in north-central Chile. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. During 1990-1995 he was Manager of Exploration for Cia. Minera Dona Ines de Collahuasi, a joint venture corporation formed by Shell/Billiton, Chevron, Falconbridge and Anglo American to explore the large Collahuasi landholdings in northern Chile. The resultant discoveries of approx. 1.5 billion tonnes of copper-molybdenum reserves have now been developed into one of the world’s largest operating copper-molybdenum mines. For his efforts in Chile during these years, in 1993 he was awarded the “Chevron Chairman’s Award” and in 1994, the “Mente et Malleo Award” at the Chilean Geological Congress for the most successful exploration team in Chile during the years 1991-1994. From 1995-2001, Dr. Dick founded General Minerals Corporation, a TSX company specializing in mineral exploration in Latin America and China. General Minerals technical successes included the discovery of the Vizacachitas porphyry copper deposit (Chile), the Escalones copper-gold skarn/porphyry deposit (Chile), the Atocha silver deposits (Bolivia) as well the discovery and exploration of more than 30 base and precious metals targets throughout Latin America. More recently from 2002 to 2006 he served as President & CEO of Continuum Resources Ltd. Earlier in 2008, he joined Baron International Finance Canada as a Technical Director.

GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION CONSULTANTS

Jeffrey L. Wilson, P.Geo, Vice President Exploration
Reno, Nevada, USA

Mr. Wilson is a professional exploration geologist with over 28 years experience in the United States, Mexico and Central America. He was the Director of Exploration for Echo Bay Exploration Inc. from 1987 to 1998 and was responsible for exploration programs resulting in the discovery of multiple gold deposits and reserves.

Mr. Wilson has set up exploration offices in numerous foreign locals, supervised and managed up to 14 geologists, large support staffs and up to 75 foreign employees. He has been responsible for annual exploration budgets ranging from $3 to $10 million. Exploration teams under his direction have discovered and delineated reserves including: 1.5 million ounces gold at Paradones, Mexico; 1.4 million ounces gold and 70 million ounces silver at Dolores, Mexico; several gold reserves at Borealis, Pan, McCoy, Easy Junior, Cove, Illipah and Three Hills, Nevada all of which were mined or sold. In addition, his work with Tenneco Minerals Company from 1975 to 1986 as exploration manager led to several mines and reserves being established in California.

A. Alex Walus, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Mr. Walus is a professional exploration geologist with over 22 years experience in Canada and Poland. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He has worked as a geologist for both major and small exploration companies in Poland (1984-1987) and Canada (1988-present). His major achievements include the discovery of gold-rich mineralization on the Clone property and gold-silver mineralization in Nelson Creek, Yukon Territories. Both discoveries led to large drilling and exploration programs.

Edward R. Kruchkowski, P.Geo.
Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Mr. Kruchkowski is a professional exploration geologist with over 35 years experience in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Russia and South America. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. He worked as a geologist for major companies from 1972 to 1980 and as a geological consultant to both major and small venture exploration companies from 1980 to present. He has been active in exploration in northwestern British Columbia (Stewart, BC) since 1969.

Mr. Kruchkowski has managed and directed multi-million dollar exploration programs with crews exceeding 50 personnel. He is credited with the discovery of Brucejack gold-silver mineralization in Sulphurets area of BC in 1976 that led to the establishment of the Brucejack Lake gold-silver deposits. He is also responsible for the program that outlined the reserves on the Georgia River project in northern BC from 1980 to 1989. Other credits include outlining the reserves on the Island Lake gold deposit in northern Manitoba in 1985.

Xuanyang Zhang, P.Geo.
Sichuan, China

Mr. Zhang is a senior geologist with Zijin Mining Group Co. Prior to joining Zijin in January 2005, he was a Researcher in Structural Geology for the Ding Jung Co. for over 10 years. Mr. Zhang is a former director of Pinnacle and from June 2006 to June 2008 was employed directly by Pinnacle assisting in the exploration of the Company’s Silver Coin precious metals property and acting as a liaison with Zijin, Pinnacle’s single largest shareholder.
