Craig A. Angus
Director, President and CEO
Mr. Angus was the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Nevsun Resources Ltd. and Sunridge Gold, publicly traded mineral exploration and development companies. He brings a wide range of expertise to the team ranging from the evaluation of the geological merits of projects to raising funds. He is widely connected and well regarded throughout the mining industry.
Paul Matysek, MSc, P.Geo
Director
Mr. Matysek is an experienced geochemist/geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree in Geology. Mr. Matysek has held management and director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies. Most recently Mr. Matysek was the CEO and President of Energy Metals Corporation, a premiere uranium company traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Energy Metals became one of the fastest growing companies in Canada in the last two years having grown from a market capitalization of only $10 million in 2004 to $1.2 billion when it was sold to a larger uranium producer early in 2007. He has been involved in raising over $200 million for several exploration and development projects since 1999.
Terry E. Eyton, FCA
Director
Mr. Eyton is a partner with Topping Eyton Partners, a public accounting firm in Vancouver. His professional career encompasses depth in financial, regulatory and compliance matters across many sectors including mining. Mr. Eyton graduated in business administration from Lakehead University in 1967, obtaining the designation of chartered accountant in 1971 and was elected to the fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. in 1983.
Doris Meyer
CFO and Corporate Secretary
Mrs. Meyer is a Member of the Association of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia and Canada. She was Vice President, Finance of Queenstake Resources Ltd. from 1985 to 2003 and Corporate Secretary until 2004 where she participated in negotiations of joint venture and purchase agreements, equity financing, debt financings and capital purchases. In 1996 Mrs. Meyer formed Golden Oak Corporate Services Ltd. retaining her same officer positions at Queenstake until 2004. Mrs. Meyer acts as Chief Financial Officer and/or Corporate Secretary of several publicly traded mining companies and her company provides those clients with administrative, accounting and compliance services.
David Baker
Director
Mr. Baker has over 25 years experience in the financial industry, with particular expertise in managing and financing junior mining companies. His experience includes strategic planning, corporate structuring and reorganization, sourcing and structuring public and private financings, due diligence reviews and mergers and acquisitions.
Steve Halabura, P. Geo
Consulting Geological Advisor
Mr. Halabura has over 20 years of potash related experience in Saskatchewan. He is the founder of North Rim Exploration, a Saskatoon based geological consulting company specialized in the field of subsurface geology. Mr. Halabura provides geological consulting for Potash North and co-authored Potash North's NI 43-101 report.
Michael P. Hardy, Ph.D., P.E.
Consulting Technical Advisor
Dr. Hardy has over 35 years of rock mechanics and potash experience. He is the President of Agapito Associates Inc, a geo-engineering and mine engineering consulting firm that is based out of Colorado, USA. Dr. Hardy has taught rock mechanics and mine engineering at the University of Minnesota, and remains an active member of the National Academy of Science.
