Paul Matysek, M. Sc, P. Geo
Position: CEO and President

Mr. Matysek is an experienced geochemist/geologist with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree in Geology. Mr. Matysek has held management and director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies.
Most recently Mr. Matysek was the CEO and President of Energy Metals Corporation, a uranium company traded on New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange. Energy Metals became one of the fastest growing companies in Canada in the last two years having grown from a market capitalization of only $10 million in 2004 to $1.8 billion when it was sold to a larger uranium producer in 2007.
He has been involved in raising over $200 million for various exploration and development projects since 1999.
David A. Berg
Position: Director & Chairman

Mr. David A. Berg has spent over 28 years of consecutive service with one of Canada's largest publicly traded companies, Loblaw's Group of Companies Ltd. His most recent responsibility was serving in the capacity of Vice President of Operations for a business unit in Western Canada representing $1.5 Billion in annual revenue with a total of 8,500 employees. Mr. Berg brings retail, financial services and energy business acumen to the Board.
Since 2007, he operates a private consulting company based in Calgary, Alberta specializing in the provision of management services, development of business models and structuring, financing and managing of public and private projects.
Thomas R. Tough, P. Eng.
Position: Director

Thomas R. Tough, P.Eng. graduated in 1965 with a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada and has been registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1970.
He is a geological consultant with over 40 years experience in prospecting, property evaluation, exploration, development, open-pit and underground mine and mill planning and processing, as operator and project manager. As a consultant he has specialized in underground and surface exploration, reserve estimations, and feasibility studies on precious metal projects and underground gold placer deposits along with the development and/or production of precious, base, industrial minerals, gemstones and oil and gas.
He has held numerous positions with public and private corporations as an officer and director. Mr. Tough is currently a Director of Potash One Inc. and President and a Director of Maxtech Ventures Inc. (MVT-TSXV) He is also a Director of Ona Exploration Inc. (OEIX-CNQ) and Desert Gold Ventures Inc. (DAU-TSXV).
William Harris, BA, MBA

Mr. William Harris brings a wealth of experience growing public companies. He is presently a partner of Solo Management Group, LLC, an investment and management consulting firm. During Mr. Harris's 30+ year career, he has held several noteworthy roles; Mr. Harris was previously a board member for Energy Metals Corporation, a Chairman and Executive Committee member of the American Fiber Manufacturers Association, and the former President and CEO of Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, a company involved in the global acetate and polyester business of Hoechst AG. At Hoechst Fibers Worldwide, Mr. Harris managed the business' $5 billion operation, comprised of 21,000 employees and production locations in 14 different countries.
Within Hoechst AG and its subsidiaries, Mr. Harris held various positions which included, the Chairman of the Board of Grupo Celanese S.A., a publicly traded company in Mexico with sales in excess of $1 billion, VP Finance, CFO, Executive VP and Director of Celanese Canada Inc. a publicly-traded company in Canada. He was also VP, Treasurer and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Hoechst Celanese Corporation.
Mr. Harris is a graduate of Harvard College (BA in English) and Columbia University Graduate School of Business (MBA in Finance).
William Lupien

Mr. Lupien brings over 40 years of public-market financial expertise and United States equity-market exposure to the Company's board. Mr. Lupien began his career with Mitchum, Jones & Templeton, a New York Stock Exchange-member and specialist firm in 1965, where he held various positions including president from 1974 through 1980. Mr. Lupien became chairman and chief executive officer in 1988 serving through 1995. Mr. Lupien was the chairman and CEO of Instinet Inc. from 1983 until 1988. He has served as chairman of OptiMark Inc., a company he established in 1995, with a mandate to improve the structure and operational capabilities of the securities market.
Mr. Lupien has served on numerous private and public company boards including Mitchum, Jones & Templeton, Instinet, National Health Enterprises, Energy Metals Corporation and others. He held a position as trustee of the Securities Industry Institute, and the Securities and Exchange Commission national market advisory board and was the governor of the Pacific Stock Exchange for six years. Mr. Lupien is the co-author along with David Nassar of Market Evaluation and Analysis for Swing Trading, published in 2004 by McGraw Hill.
Mr. Lupien is currently a private investor and a financial equity market consultant. He is on the board of directors of Uranium One (TSX:UUU), Midway Gold Corp. (AMEX, TSX.V:MDW), Aflease Gold Ltd. (JSE:AFO) and Skyler Technology Inc.
Glen Macdonald

Mr. Macdonald joined the Board of Directors in 2003. He is a professional geologist, with over 30 years of exploration & mine development experience in the mineral industry. He has designed & managed mineral exploration campaigns on a worldwide basis. He has served on the Boards of numerous public companies with management roles in technical, project management & financing. His most recent success includes 10 years as a director from 1997 to 2007 with Starfield Resources Inc. (SRU) which now trades on the TSX.
Douglas Forster, M.Sc. P.Geo.

Mr. Douglas Forster brings over 27 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mine development industry. He has extensive experience and a proven track record in resource project development, mergers and acquisitions, equity finance and public company management. For almost three decades Mr. Forster has been involved in creating wealth for North American and International investors through natural resource discovery, exploration and development.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Forster has been a founder, advisor, senior executive and/or director of 12 publicly traded companies, including Taseko Mines Limited, Continental Gold Corp., El Condor Resources Ltd., North American Metals Corp., Farallon Resources Ltd. and Rubicon Minerals Corp. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing and advancement of a number of large-scale mine development projects in Canada include the Kemess South, Mt. Milligan and Prosperity gold-copper projects and the Kitsault molybdenum project.
Mr. Forster is currently President and CEO of Featherstone Capital Advisors Inc and a director of Calibre Mining Corp, a publicly-traded gold-copper mineral exploration company. Mr. Forster holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology and is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
George Lim, CA

Mr. Lim joined Potash One in 2008. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Metals Corporation, a NYSE-Arca and TSX-listed company. Prior to this, Mr. Lim was the Chief Financial Officer of a group of resource companies for 5 years with operations in North and South America, Australia and Africa. He began his career at KMPG and has since held roles of increasing responsibility, several of which were senior roles in public practice and in the mining industry.
Mike Ferguson, P.Eng

Mike Ferguson is a professional engineer and senior project manager with significant experience in the Saskatchewan Uranium and Potash industries. Mr. Ferguson's potash experience started in 1984 working in an underground potash mining operation, continuing through maintenance engineering work in a potash mill and on to engineering design and project delivery. He has worked for all the major potash producers in Saskatchewan including Mosaic, Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan and Agrium. Mr. Ferguson also led projects overseas in the Middle East and south-east Asia.
Most recently Mr. Ferguson served as a General Manager for Wardrop Engineering, and Operations Manager with AMEC prior to that. He earned his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Pennsylvania State University.
Max Ramey, PE
Position: VP, Solution Mining

Max is a registered professional engineer and has over 23 years experience in the solution mining industry. Before joining Potash One, Mr. Ramey held the position of Principal Advisor at Rio Tinto, where he was responsible for providing engineering, permitting, drilling, and operations support for Potasio Rio Colorado potash solution mining project in the Mendoza Province of Argentina.
Mr. Ramey's solution mining experience started in 1985, with Pennzoil Sulphur Company. From 1985 to 1997, Mr. Ramey occupied progressive positions at the Culberson Frasch sulphur mine and was Operations Manager from 1995 -- 1997.
In 1997, Mr. Ramey joined American Soda, LLP. as the Manager of Mining Operations. At American Soda, Max participated in the green field development of a 1.5 million ton per year sodium bi-carbonate solution mining operation located in western Colorado. He was responsible for the resource confirmation drilling, the solution mining pilot program, the well and wellfield design, the commercial wellfield drilling program, and ultimately managed the American Soda commercial solution mining start up and operation.

Max Ramey, PE
Position: VP, Solution Mining

Potash One's Solution Mining Team is led by Mr. Max Ramey, a registered professional engineer with over 23 years experience in the solution mining industry. Michael Hardy, Ph.D, PE

Dr. Hardy is a leading expert in the geology and geo-mechanical design of solution mining caverns. Dr. Hardy has extensive experience in designing solution mining caverns in salt, potash, trona, and nahcolite. Dr. Hardy is a co-author of Potash One's 2007 NI 43-101 Technical Report and will continue his role with Potash One on the Solution Mining Leadership Team.
Norbert Grueschow

Based in Germany, Mr. Grueschow is a leading expert in potash solution mining and brine processing. Mr. Grueschow has extensive experience in dissolution kinetics of rock salt, sylvinite, carnallite and trona and dissolution modeling. Mr. Grueschow will model the dissolution kinetics of the Legacy potash resource facilitating the estimation of optimum cavern temperature and subsequent cavern production rates.
Steve Halabura, P.Geo
North Rim Exploration Ltd.

Mr. Halabura is a leading expert in the geology of the Saskatchewan Prairie Evaporite Formation and has 20+ years of potash geology experience and provides on-going geological oversight and consulting to the team. Mr. Halabura is also a co-author of Potash One's 2007 NI 43-101 Technical Report and will continue his role with Potash One on the Solution Mining Leadership Team.

Carlos Perucca, P.Eng.

Mr. Perucca has 15+ years of experience in potash processing, including early work at the Potasio Rio Colorado project in Argentina in the 1990's. (now owned and being developed by Rio Tinto). In Argentina, Carlos participated in the original solution mining pilot test, solar evaporation pond and process engineering designs. Since that time, Carlos has been involved in process design at most Saskatchewan potash producing properties, including extensive work in the modifications of the existing crystallization circuits in the various Saskatchewan mills. Carlos will perform the overall process plant modeling and create the mass and energy balances for Legacy.
James Majors
Swenson Technology, Inc.

Swenson Technology and its licensees worldwide have the most experience of any company in the design of evaporators and crystallizers used in the production of potash from solution mining. Swenson technology has not only been part of potash processing but also has set the standard for evaporation equipment in Saskatchewan from the beginning of the industry there. Most operations utilize Swenson technology in evaporation and crystallization, with installations at Mosaic Belle Plaine and PCS Cory. Swenson's background in the design of crystallization equipment for an extensive array of industrial applications is unrivaled. Swenson will play a key role in process design as the evaporation-crystallization process for Potash One's Legacy Project is defined.
Both Leadership Teams are developing basic designs and generating fundamental deliverables such as trade-off study documents, design criteria, mass and energy balances, flowsheets (process flow diagrams or PFDs), process descriptions and scope of work for on-going, along with more detailed engineering work. It is expected that these deliverables will be available in December 2008 and will provide a design basis for engineering work resulting in a pre-feasibility study report.
