Famous wall street analyst Art Cashin is fond of saying that as some shareholders rid themselves of their shares by throwing their shares over a cliff, others wait below ready to catch those shares with a big net. . . . and that may well be what has been happening. . . .

I hope someone can share todays postings on "information" with others at "stockhouse", and elsewhere or tell them to read today's postings here. Some shareholders seem to be at a crucible, a bottom in their views. This information may be what they need to read. It is not "MY" information. It was obtained through a variety of sources, e-mails, phone calls, discussions. . . etc. It may seem vague in some points as it "should and must" be and more specific on points where it is permissable.

Premium Exploration is now under at least 2 (more coming?) Confidential agreements (CA's) which can not be made public (unless and untill). If any CA's becomes worthy of a news release some day we will "all" learn about it through a properly released news release. Such CA's may or may not result in something that would require an announcement. If something comes to fruition, it can take a long time to materialize, weeks, months, and yes, even longer. Confidential agreements can be for many good things. Only time will tell. There is currently no reason to acticipate a news release about this. This information has been confirmed by a reliable and knowledgable person who could not say more.

A consortium of "related" big investors now hold 24 million shares, and expect to see much more "big fish" starting positions and/or continuing to add to existing positions in the near future (don't know what is meant by "near." It could be coming days, weeks or months).
