First, everything I have posted has been confirmed by PEM and I was told was not "insider information" and that I could share it here.

PEM has some reason to believe that institutional ownership of shares will equal or exceed about 50% of all shares (in what sounded like to be in the not to distant future). More institutional investing is expected or anticipated to be coming into PEM for long term holdings in the up to 5 year range. The amounts of shares are considered so huge that they know they can not easilly divest such numbers of shares, neither easilly nor quickly, and therefor "are committed," and have made ,and will likely make, or continue to make, large share acquisitions in the time ahead, while commiting to the long term based on what they know, think, or believe with regard to Premium Explorations's holdings and future.

PEM believes they are making progress in their goal of developing a new mining district in North America. For those who want to see all exploration results done "soon", it is just not possible. It will come in stages. There is a "big picture" emerging and it is going to take time. A PEM source said that they think they can make history, and that they are convinced they are onto something "big." A PEM source confirmed "some of the biggest" in the industry have been agreeing with that assessment and some additional ones are joining in, and others are expected to join in, with that assessment.
