We could be pro active and all that are concerned of this seemingly on going issue Send Del an E Mail. In fact I will, and suggest other's do same.

I do obviously like what PEM has to offer and am satisfied on the mosrt part with Management

Just what frequently happens prior to New's is my biggest dislike & concern.
