I agree with your outrage but I think that Boot is also right. We just can't prove anything to the authorities that confirms insider trading.

I like the company and I like the managment so I guess we have to let it go for now. Besides, I also got a chance to get a few more shares at what I beleive is a real discount to true value.

And that may be the another "blessing in disguise."
