When I look at the trendline we have now, I'm comfortable with it pulling back to $3.00 without me having a moment's concern. However, often times with a stock that's really moving, I have noticed there's a steep, primary trendline and a secondary, more gradual trendline that reveals itself only when the first selloff appears.

For example, take a look at T.HBM on the 2 year chart and you will see that it had some very steep moves upward countered by some rather alarming pullbacks. But, in the longer term, when you connect the bottoms of those pullbacks, you see the overall steady climb the stock has managed over 2 years. This is of course, what I hope to be the case for KXL, but only time will tell!

Hope this helps, and any resident TA experts can feel free to critique or add comments since I don't claim to be one myself!
