One of the previous posters pointed out - you can send a picture (how?) to the Agoracom team, and they will make a URL for it, that you can then quote when making a message.  Haven't tried it yet.

Learned something useful on the Sage forum - to include a link, highlight a keyword you want to use by selecting it with your mouse, and then you see the "chain" icon in the above menu strip light up.  Click on the chain, and a window comes up for you to insert the link.  Much tidier / cedartree
