Look at the transaction closely. Robert Harrington sold 112000 shares at market value ($4.00 approx) and picked up about the exact same amount in 0.42 options. He pocketed cash and ended up with the same number of shares.

My opinion is that you'd be crazy to sell based on this transaction, but it's your decision...
