its possible that he sold some of those shares to Mr Richardson,as they they were done on the same day in large amounts.I think they know the reaction the market might take to large sell offs.
He has something like 1.3m options and hold about 400,000 shares at the moment.Possibly even more than that.The trade he did is basically a non event....good trading everyone.....I think we will be just fine.
