Your notes on the Philippines are interesting. I agree with "The Corporation" - legally we treat it as a person, but if it was a flesh and blood person, medically it would be classed as psychotic - profit without any morals.
I have been on both sides of guerilla lines in the Philippines, and the local people are treated poorly. Their so-called "communisim" is nothing more than fighting Corporatism.
It does make a difference what we invest in. I quit an engineering company because they went bad.
I think KXL has some dialogue with native leaders, and that's all to the good. If it's possible to do business worse, then it's also possible to do it better.
