lets say a junior receiving results from lab

is there any regulation regarding the delay between the reception of results and the result comunication to the public market?

can we assume possible that kodiak could have 5-6 assays in hand for a month whitout releasing them?

i really doubt this could be tolerate

anybody in the knows ????
