Mike, thanks for the update and for sticking your neck out. It is good to hear you are still bullish. I have 2 questions to you which you may or may not want to answer, if not don't worry.

1) did you hear anything about why so long delays in getting any real news or new hard numbers out

2) If you can't trade for now and if you did not get paid or anything, why would you go there and accept those conditions. (you can't neither sell nor buy?)

I do consulting and sometimes the restrictions proposed by the companies are just too restricitive for my future consulting jobs and when I raise that usually they are willing to loosen up on these.
