The window I was speaking of was those that are selling now and hoping to take advantage of others who may be using the conventional sell period.

They get over their own 30 day "out" period and are able to take advantage of what they project to be a "sales event" so to speak.

It just seems to me that in these particular times the usual rules don't seem to apply.
