You may be right hrattle ... if you look at Ontex, current market cap is abbout $20 million, even at double that (to account for acquisition premium) it is still about half the Mcap of KXL. A Takover can be done via a share swap to keep cash available and KXL would then end up with about 130 mm shares outstanding and a defined resource in the BG area.
I know we're just speculating here, but...
From the KXL side of the fence I'd be pretty disappointed. I realize this might be an ONT shareholder's dream come true (how long have they had a defined resource (and a relatively small one at that) and not done anything with it?
