They are letting one drill go now . The other two drills will probably continue until that American Thanksgiving . The deep holes are finished , $175,000.00 for 1,000 meter holes . They have enough money to go to the end of 2010 but if the financing was on their terms , not undercutting retailers , they'd finance almost any time but the deal would have to be very good . Brian forsees no problem as the smart money knows what they are on to and KXL is being offered financing unsolicited .

When drilling ends it's on to the 43-101 which will be completed early spring . Next year is the scoping study and drilling selected high priority target . He told me the targets but i didn't have a chance to write them down .

The next news release will be in about two weeks with the next maybe mid-December , maybe earlier . I asked him what he's seen coming out of the ground and he answered , cores . I said that i'd like a hint about the deep holes as ONT hit deep as has PG and KXL is right in the center of the action . He said again , the deep holes are finish to which i said , i know you can't tell me assays if you have them but tell me this , did they put a twinkle in your eye . Yes he replied , the surely did but that's about all i can say .

I asked about the Golden Mile and Hercules and he said that by the end of the season they'll have more than enough to calculate a 43-101 , and it should be good . I asked about intercepts and assays and he wouldn't say . I changed tactics , told him we are bouncing on each side of .60 cent and if the news releases are pretty good , will they be good enough to put the share price over $1.00 by the end of the year . He said it depends upon the market and if investors spot value but the news releases should warrant $1.00 .

I asked about majors dropping in and he told me there are confidentality agreements so he can't mention names but yes , majors , several of them have been dropping in . He told me that right now they have a 3 year plan which includes a scoping study , a prefesability study and more drilling .

I asked about KXL's relationship with SGX . He's friends with Nigel Lees and they talk often . Told him the reason i ask is because of ONT and RMK consolidating a position and was wondering if we'd see the same thing from KXL and SGX . He replied that KXL is always on the lookout for potential property but there will be no joint venture with or buyout of SGX .

I asked about the property that KXL let go and if it had been properly and thouroughly explored . He said it had been . I asked , what did SGX see in the property beside real estate speculation . He replied , you'll have to ask them .

Bottom line , first news in about 2 weeks which will likely be followed by more news 3 weeks after that . He sounds very upbeat about the coming news releases and he admitted getting a twinkle in his eye when he saw the deep hole cores . After that comes the 43-101 which he believes will be very good and then the scoping study and back to drill the high priority targets .

We talked for 20 minutes and i'd say , it may not be a very good time to sell but may be a very good time to accumulate at these cheap prices . I know , i will be . He gave me just enough information to give my confidence a pretty good boost .
