When did the Company make public statements to the fact that it would be shortly after first quarter? Even as late as the end of PDAC KXL was still saying that their NI 43-101 compliant resource would be out before end of first quarter.

I am aware that not all deadlines are obtainable for a myriad of reasons. However, there were no "ifs' "ands" or "buts" used in the three times I heard from Company representatives at PDAC that the resource estimate would be out before the end of the first quarter.
