Actually, if the 43-101 is delayed and they knew for some time that it would be late, then waiting until the self-imposed deadline (or after) to say anything does require an apology. The investors have the right to be kept up to date, and uncertainty and missed deadlines are frowned on by the market.

Today is the end of Q1, which is their self-imposed deadline for delivering the 43-101. Let's see what happens.
