That is a very serious charge to level against a publicly-held company. I suggest you provide the evidence you rely in making this accusation or, at the very least, name a credible source which has led you to this conclusion. If you are unable to do so, you should seriously consider withdrawing the accusation. There is an old adage, "he who alleges must prove".
