Have I mis-read the accusation? It was implied that the "fraud" was on Hubs that Agoracom was the IR firm for and KXL is not one I believe. Sage was a paid Hub and that one smells for sure.

As Portee mentions we need the time to let due process clear the air as I also have been here since the start. Has there been posters with "other" agendas? For sure but overall this board is running exactly how the ARU board operated - all the Retail holders helping and communicating in the absence of real "news" to the public.

I also should add that the scenario unfolding is much like the Kinross take over of Aurelian. Lack of transparentcy by the ARU BoD and the resulting depression of the SP helped to make chaos appear on the surface prior to the takeover. I am NOT suggesting Kodiak is being taken over but the vision clouding FUBAR bomb dropped on Agoracom is most likely a smokescreen to throw indecision so some party can succeed in owning/taking over some other party. We are holding our KXL as I have been here before but we now have a stop loss in place.
