Yikes. serious charges. If true, Mike Phelps, and the Richardsons will be seriously tarnished. Why would Barber come aboard as a director? Would he not do his own due diligence? Would the chairman not be obligated to inform him, as well as the securities commission? It will be interesting to see Cedar's opinion on this potentially very, very,serious accusation.
