Reading the court filing - I thought a bit and remembered that in 2007/2008 I contacted one of the two people named above in the filing about being gooned off the ONT board (I wasn't going along with the song and dance there, but I was polite and professional), and the response was decidedly subpar. If I get thrown off for saying that, one of the other guys here can let you know. I think it's legit to bring it up. I feel now that I should have taken that experience more seriously, but Agora was where the KXL discussion was. I feel naive.

That said, I do believe KXL hasn't paid Agora anything, so we may have been under their radar, which would be good. We may still have to face a decision about what to do now. This board is very good and Agora does make it a good experience to post photos and keep the level of discussion up. Hmm. I don't know yet - data is too new. Ticks me off though. I do post on 5-6 other boards, and I have high confidence for example in coach's board smart.investment or something like that (I am away from my bookmarks). Investor vill.age is good but new members have to pay now (take out the periods from the board names I write, obviously). I am not happy about the idea of moving and will read what the rest of you have to say. If it hasn't affected us directly then maybe there's no reason to change, but I'm definitely not happy about the whole thing, except that if it's true, then at least I'm much happier knowing and I want the IDs (I saved some of the goon posts and IDs from back when I complained).
