Sometimes the news and the way the data are presented give very different pictures:
TRR said they intersected 107.11 m at 8.20 g/t gold, but then they also say that this includes 313.55 g/t over 2.56 meters. This means that over the 107.11 m, 91.4% of the gold is in the 2.56 m high grade section, meaning that the other 100 and so meters contain very little gold(about 0.7 g/t). The 'problem' with grades like 313 g/t is that it may be just a fluke in some peoples mind, in others it is obviously a good thing- most likely there is more.
This is a huge difference; I one case you may have open pit while the second case you go underground, and based on the depth that is probably what they will do.
