I sure hope we don't get the usual "the sky is falling, the sky is falling" because an insider disposed of some shares.

This appears to me to be tax loss selling and was made more palletable(sp) by the fact that he has 500,000 shares available to him that as long as he doesn't exercise within 30 days will allow the loss to stand. Likely a wise "accountant advised" move.

We always to seem to have board participants that take the view that any person with any managerial involvement in a "listed company" is therefore "Midas" rich and never has to get into conventional personal financial management like the rest of us.

One thing seems to be factual. The movement towards formalizing the name change was put into "high gear" for some reason. Lets hope the pace is continued with positive news releases immediately following market opening tomorrow.
