i think h don t have a problem whit the fact mr phelps exercise hid options, i think his point was that if he were so confident in the future stock reaction he would not have sold those shares right now but he would have wait to do so.

now all insiders are not millionaires and to exercise those options if he didn t have the cash flow to support it then he had to sale those shares .

i feel like i did the good choice earlier in 2010 to keep my kxl shares and see where it goes.

i like what i see , there could be some potential left in this stock finally.
