I don't think they exactly "saw this coming". I believe the study is done by a third party, and must be released (almost) immediately when recieved. I suppose the numbers could have shaken out not so favourably and .45 would be a steal.

Yes, we are a long way off our highs. But, does that matter? Have heard it said by several gurus that the market doesn't give a damn where you (or I) bought. You and I are the only ones that care about that! What is important is the direction it is going, and that seems to be up. Besides, the old high was due to Golden Mile excitement, that and our old name are history.

Guess I shoulda loaded up a while ago... average down, you know.
