I did attend the AGM. (My second in 4 years).

It was short and sweet, lasting approx. 40 minutes.

Michael Phelps brought the meeting to order at a few minutes after 2.

He introduced 2 of the Management that were at their first Prodigy AGM.

Fred Mason (VP Operations) and Tom Pollock (VP Exploration)...kidding that they would be heroes if they come thru on the plan, and (rhymes with heros) if they did not.

He then took care of the usual housekeeping, auditor, election of board, etc..

Then Brian gave a 15 minute presenation which is on the website.

1) PEA and Gold Resource estimate - done last Feb / March 2011

2) Complete in-fill drilling at Magino (a few assays pending) - done August 2011

3) Expand land package at Magino (1 drill rig currently exploring "outside/around" the current area) - In Progress Sept 2011

4) Brian is comfortable with the Updated Resource estimate for End of September AND the updated PEA by EARLY November

Brian spoke of the three current analysts coverage, and hinted that a 4th would be immenent!

He said that "institutional" shares are closer to 30 percent now.

He then talked about the latest news, both the Steeper pit walls, and Metallurgical testing results. Both supporting a stronger PEA in November.
