I must admit to being a little confused as to who is doing all the buying and selling?
The selling is more understandable from a simplistic standpoint. People who bought any where from .20 to.90 are seeing a profit and taking it. The offer on the table is worth 1.08 ,only if AR is at 10.40, so selling at over 1.00 is logical if you believe that the deal will go through with AR remaining around 10.40. Why wait till Dec, sitting on your money and take the chance that the SP of AR could drop??
Now buying is different. I find it hard to believe that people are paying 1.00 to 1.06 for a stock that MAY be worth 1.08 in 2 months in order to make a couple of cents while taking the chance that the SP of AR could drop!!
It appears to me that people are buying in either the belief that AR is under priced or a sweeter offer is coming? If you just believed in AR, why not just buy AR?
I just have a feeling that something is going to happen before the proposed closing date. I've been wrong before but I'm still holding all my shares for now.
