Here is the deal..The Argo deal is just the opening shot in the game...As I see it we had to get a real offer on the table..leave the door open(with the escape clause)..and sell the deposit...the $1.08 is only the opening bid...

PDG will remain as a shell explorer with a ton of cash and at that point will buy back 200 million shares on the market at pennies on market fluctuations and opportune times and we will start the exploration game all over again..

Mean while we will hang onto our shares ..sell a couple of hundred shares for enough money to retire for life and save the rest of the shares for our fav vintage guitars..sluts and whiskey..

You can get Pete Smith,as musical director, to set us up for a gig and we will all get together and have some fun.
